Dark Daiquiri Recipe
This is my kind of daiquiri—one with some real backbone. The funk from the Jamaican rum is the entire point, turning a simple build into something special. These are the craft spirits I, Anders Erickson, keep in my home bar and selected for the Bitter Bear spirits collection.
Recipe Ingredients
1 oz. (30 ml) fresh lime juice
1/2 oz. (15 ml) rich Demerara syrup (2:1 sugar:water)
Lime wheel for garnish
Recipe Directions
2. Fill the shaker with ice.
3. Give it a hard shake until thoroughly chilled.
4. Double strain into a chilled coupe.
5. Garnish with a lime wheel.
