Coquito

For me, the Coquito is the ultimate holiday batch. It's a ridiculously decadent blend of coconut, sweet milks, and warm spice. I add some chilled spice tea to balance that richness, which gives the Don Q Gold rum plenty of room to shine through.

Recipe Ingredients

8 oz. (240 ml) coconut milk
4 oz. (120 ml) evaporated milk
4 oz. (120 ml) sweetened condensed milk
2 oz. (60 ml) cream of coconut*
1/4 oz. (7.5 ml) vanilla extract
2 oz. (60 ml) chilled spice tea**
Pinch of salt
4 oz. (120 ml) Don Q Gold Rum Add to Cart
Grated nutmeg for garnish

Recipe Directions

1. Combine coconut milk, evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, cream of coconut, vanilla extract, chilled spice tea, salt, and Don Q Gold Rum in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth and well-combined.
3. Transfer to a bottle or pitcher and chill thoroughly.
4. Serve in small glasses, garnished with freshly grated nutmeg.
