Boulivardier -- Variation #3

This is the Boulevardier spec I always return to. Old Grand-Dad 100 proof bourbon has the necessary backbone for the rich Cocchi di Torino and classic Campari bite. A flamed orange is the perfect aromatic flourish. Anders Erickson selected these essential cocktail ingredients for the Bitter Bear spirits shop.

Recipe Directions

1. Get your mixing glass.
2. Add the Old Grand-Dad, Cocchi Vermouth di Torino, and Campari.
3. Fill with ice.
4. Stir it down until properly chilled.
5. Strain it off into a chilled rocks glass with fresh ice.
6. Express and flame your orange oil over the drink.
