I’ve always had a soft spot for the Bobby Burns. It has the structure of a Rob Roy, but that touch of Bénédictine adds a wonderful herbal and honeyed complexity. It’s a sophisticated, satisfying sipper that proves how well Scotch can play with others.
Recipe Ingredients
2 oz. (60 ml) Aberfeldy 12 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky Add to Cart
1 oz. (30 ml) Cocchi Vermouth Di Torino Add to Cart
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Bénédictine D.O.M. Liqueur Add to Cart
Expressed lemon oil
1 oz. (30 ml) Cocchi Vermouth Di Torino Add to Cart
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Bénédictine D.O.M. Liqueur Add to Cart

Recipe Directions
1. Combine the Scotch, vermouth, and Bénédictine in a mixing glass.
2. Add ice and stir until thoroughly chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass.
