Bitter Giuseppe
I have a real soft spot for the Bitter Giuseppe. It’s a cocktail that almost shouldn't work—a stirred amaro sour—but it’s magnificent. The rich sweet vermouth beautifully tames Cynar’s vegetal notes, while a little lemon and orange bitters make it all sing. Just a perfect sipper.
Recipe Ingredients
1 oz. (30 ml) Cocchi Vermouth Di Torino Add to Cart
1/4 oz. (7.5 ml) fresh lemon juice
4 dashes Regans' Orange Bitters Add to Cart
1 swath lemon peel
Expressed lemon oil and peel for garnish

2. Add a good amount of ice and stir thoroughly until well-chilled
