Between the Sheets

The Between the Sheets is what happens when a classic Sidecar gets a little more adventurous, and I'm all for it. That split base of Cognac and a quality aged rum is the whole show here. The rum introduces a bright, grassy character that plays beautifully against the rich fruit of the Cognac and the sharp orange from a proper dry curaçao. All the ingredients for this build are right here in the Bitter Bear spirits shop, selected because they create a balanced, expressive version of this absolute stunner. It's a sophisticated sour that proves two base spirits can be better than one, and it's a must-have for any serious home bar.
