1.25 oz. (37.5 ml) Beefeater London Dry Gin Add to Cart
1 oz. (30 ml) Roger Groult 3 Year Reserve Pays D'Auge Calvados Add to Cart
3/4 oz. (22.5 ml) Giffard Abricot Du Roussillon Add to Cart
Expressed orange oil
1 oz. (30 ml) Roger Groult 3 Year Reserve Pays D'Auge Calvados Add to Cart

Recipe Directions
1. Combine gin, Calvados, and apricot liqueur in a mixing glass.
2. Add ice and stir until thoroughly chilled.
3. Fine strain into a chilled coupe.
