I know, an ice cream drink. But trust me, the Pink Squirrel is a legend for a reason. Using a proper Crème de Noyaux gives it an incredible amaretto-like profile that, with cacao and cream, is seriously delicious. The herbal Chartreuse whip on top? That’s the secret.

Recipe Ingredients

1.5 oz. (45 ml) Tempus Fugit Creme de Noyaux Add to Cart
1.5 oz. (45 ml) Marie Brizard Crème de Cacao White Add to Cart
1 oz. (30 ml) Cream, Milk, OR unsweetened nondairy creamer
3 scoops (~200g) vanilla ice cream OR nondairy ice cream
1/4 cup (55g) crushed ice
Top with Chartreuse whipped cream*
Grated nutmeg and cocktail cherry for garnish

Recipe Directions

1. Into your blender, combine the Crème de Noyaux, White Crème de Cacao, cream, and vanilla ice cream.
2. Add the crushed ice.
3. Blend until thoroughly smooth and well-chilled.
4. Pour into your chilled glass.
5. Top with Chartreuse whipped cream, a grating of fresh nutmeg, and a cocktail cherry.
