Recipe Ingredients

1.5 oz. (45 ml) Beefeater London Dry Gin Add to Cart
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Laird's Straight Apple Brandy 100 Proof Bottled In Bond Add to Cart
3/4 oz. (22.5 ml) fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz. (15 ml) grenadine*
1 egg white or 3/4 oz. (22.5 ml) aquafaba (for egg-free option)
Expressed lemon oil
Cocktail cherry for garnish

Recipe Directions

1. Combine gin, apple brandy, lemon juice, grenadine, and egg white (or aquafaba) in a shaker.
2. Perform a dry shake for 10-15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
3. Add ice to the shaker and wet shake thoroughly until well-chilled.
4. Double strain into a chilled coupe or Nick & Nora glass.
5. Express lemon oil over the surface and garnish with a cocktail cherry.
