The Flying Dutchman

The Flying Dutchman is one of those cocktails that just makes me smile. It’s a real thinker’s drink. The secret is the Genever; its wonderful malt character provides the perfect backbone for the twin herbal complexities of Yellow Chartreuse and Bénédictine. A truly special sour.
