The Sherry Cobbler is a hall-of-fame cocktail for me. It’s wonderfully crushable and low-proof, making it a go-to for pretty much any time of day. You get the deep, nutty sherry flavor balanced by bright citrus, all over a mountain of crushed ice.
Recipe Ingredients
3 oz Lustau Don Nuno Oloroso Dry Sherry Add to Cart
1 oz Marie Brizard Orange Curaçao Add to Cart
1 orange wheel, quartered
Fresh raspberries & mint for garnish
1 oz Marie Brizard Orange Curaçao Add to Cart

Recipe Directions
1. Combine the Oloroso, Orange Curaçao, and quartered orange wheel in your glass.
2. Fill the glass with crushed ice.
3. Stir well until thoroughly chilled.
4. Top with more crushed ice, then garnish with fresh raspberries and a sprig of mint.
