Queen's Park Swizzle -- Variation #1

This is the Mojito's cooler older sibling. The Queen's Park Swizzle swaps in a rich Demerara rum, giving it a molasses-and-vanilla backbone that perfectly supports that heavy, spicy float of Angostura bitters. It’s complex, refreshing, and just a joy to build.
