Recipe Ingredients

2 oz. (60 ml) Barsol Quebranta Pisco Add to Cart
1/2 oz. (15 ml) fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz. (15 ml) fresh lime juice
3/4 oz. (22.5 ml) semi-rich simple syrup (1.5:1 sugar:water)
3/4 oz. (22.5 ml) aquafaba (chickpea water)
1 Drop Angostura Aromatic Bitters Add to Cart for garnish

Recipe Directions

1. Combine pisco, lemon juice, lime juice, semi-rich simple syrup, and aquafaba in a shaker.
2. Dry shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds to emulsify.
3. Add ice to the shaker and wet shake until well-chilled.
4. Double strain into a chilled coupe or sour glass.
5. Garnish with a single drop of Angostura bitters.
