Pineapple Infused Rum
This Pineapple Infused Rum is a personal favorite and a staple in my home bar. Smith & Cross brings that high-ester Jamaican funk which stands up beautifully to fresh pineapple, creating a deeply flavorful, tropical base perfect for Daiquiris or just sipping straight.

2. Add the pineapple chunks to a clean, sealable container. Pour in the entire bottle of Smith & Cross rum.
3. Seal the container. Let it infuse at room temperature for 3 to 5 days, tasting daily until the desired pineapple flavor is achieved.
4. Strain out the pineapple solids using a fine-mesh sieve. Bottle the infused rum.
