Mint Julep

A great Mint Julep is a masterclass in elegant simplicity and, for me, one of the most purely refreshing cocktails in existence. It’s all about process and letting a properly bold, bonded bourbon shine. That high-rye spice cuts through the rich demerara and aromatic mint, creating a bracing drink where every ingredient pulls its weight. When that cup gets frosty, you've got a perfect sipper.
