Mary Pickford Recipe -- Variation #3

This is the Mary Pickford I always come back to. Adding Allspice Dram provides a warm, baking-spice backbone that makes the pineapple and funky Probitas rum really sing. It’s simply a more complete and satisfying version of the classic tropical cocktail.
