Recipe Ingredients

2 oz. (60 ml) Beefeater London Dry Gin Add to Cart
3/4 oz. (22.5 ml) fresh lime juice
3/4 oz. (22.5 ml) simple syrup (1:1 sugar:water)
4 drops rose water (1 drop for garnish)
*optional* .25-.5 oz aquafaba (see notes below)*
3 slices of cucumber
Small pinch of salt
Sprig of mint
3 drops Angostura Aromatic Bitters Add to Cart
Mint leaf with rose water, and bitters for garnish

Recipe Directions

1. In a shaker, add 3 slices of cucumber and a small pinch of salt. Muddle well.
2. Add 2 oz. Beefeater London Dry Gin, 3/4 oz. fresh lime juice, 3/4 oz. simple syrup, 3 drops rose water, 3 drops Angostura Bitters, and optional .25-.5 oz aquafaba.
3. Fill the shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until thoroughly chilled.
4. Fine strain the mixture into a chilled coupe or Nick & Nora glass.
5. Garnish with a mint leaf, 1 drop rose water, and 3 drops Angostura Bitters.
