Hot Irish Coffee
A great Irish Coffee is pure comfort, and it's all about using the right cocktail ingredients. I always reach for Powers Gold Label; its classic pot still spice stands up to the rich coffee and syrup, making for a perfectly balanced drink in your home bar.
Recipe Ingredients
1 oz. (30 ml) Powers Gold Label Irish Whiskey Add to Cart
1/4 oz. (7.5 ml) rich Demerara syrup (2:1 sugar:water)
3-3.5 oz. (90-105 ml) hot coffee
Top with heavy cream (lightly whipped)

Recipe Directions
1. Into a heat-proof glass, add the Powers Gold Label Irish Whiskey.
2. Measure in the rich Demerara syrup.
3. Pour in the hot coffee. Ensure it's properly hot.
4. Gently float your lightly whipped heavy cream on top.
