Hemingway Daiquiri

The Hemingway Daiquiri is easily one of my all-time favorite cocktails and a masterclass in balance. It builds on that perfect Daiquiri foundation, adding the tartness of grapefruit and the distinct, funky-floral character of Maraschino liqueur. The result is dry, bracing, and endlessly crushable.
