Greta Garbo -- Variation #2
I'm a huge fan of this Greta Garbo variation. The magic is how the funky, almost savory character of Kronan Swedish Punsch plays against the bright juniper of a London Dry Gin. It's a simple sour format that really lets these two key cocktail ingredients shine.
Recipe Ingredients
1 oz (30 ml) Beefeater London Dry Gin Add to Cart
1/2 oz (15 ml) Kronan Swedish Punsch Add to Cart
1/2 oz (15 ml) fresh lemon juice
1/4 oz (7.5 ml) semi-rich simple syrup (1.5:1 sugar:water)
Expressed lemon oil
1/2 oz (15 ml) Kronan Swedish Punsch Add to Cart
1/2 oz (15 ml) fresh lemon juice
1/4 oz (7.5 ml) semi-rich simple syrup (1.5:1 sugar:water)

Recipe Directions
1. Chill your serving glass.
2. Combine one ounce Beefeater London Dry Gin, half an ounce Kronan Swedish Punsch, half an ounce fresh lemon juice, and a quarter ounce semi-rich simple syrup in a shaker.
3. Add ice.
4. Shake thoroughly until well-chilled.
5. Double strain into the chilled glass.
6. Express lemon oil over the drink, then discard the peel.
