Embassy Cocktail
The Embassy Cocktail is one of those drinks I keep coming back to because of its brilliant split base. The whole thing hinges on the lively conversation between the rich, fruity character of a VSOP Cognac and the distinct funk of a solid Jamaican rum. This curated collection of cocktail ingredients features the exact bottles Anders Erickson uses to get that balance just right, from the bright orange curaçao that bridges the two spirits to the essential Angostura bitters that pull it all together. Stocking your home bar with these specific craft spirits means you're always ready to mix a drink that feels both sophisticated and fun. All the essential components are right here, selected for the Bitter Bear spirits shop to make building exceptional cocktails straightforward.
