Doctor Recipe
The Doctor is such a fun one to shake up. The funk from the Jamaican rum gets a fantastic counterpoint from the spiced, aromatic Swedish Punsch. It’s essentially a Daiquiri with a cool secret weapon, making it wonderfully complex, balanced, and refreshing.
Recipe Ingredients
1 oz. (30 ml) Appleton Estate Signature Jamaican Rum Add to Cart
3/4 oz. (22.5 ml) Kronan Swedish Punsch Add to Cart
3/4 oz. (22.5 ml) lime juice
1/2 oz. (15 ml) rich Demerara syrup (2:1 sugar:water)
2 dashes Angostura Aromatic Bitters Add to Cart
3/4 oz. (22.5 ml) Kronan Swedish Punsch Add to Cart
3/4 oz. (22.5 ml) lime juice
1/2 oz. (15 ml) rich Demerara syrup (2:1 sugar:water)
2 dashes Angostura Aromatic Bitters Add to Cart
Recipe Directions
1. Combine the rum, punsch, lime juice, rich Demerara syrup, and Angostura bitters into your shaker tin.
2. Add ice and shake vigorously until thoroughly chilled.
3. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
