Corn ’n’ Oil
I've always had a soft spot for the Corn 'n' Oil. It’s brilliantly straightforward, trusting a great aged rum to do the heavy lifting. The falernum and bitters are just there for backup vocals, making it a perfect, no-fuss sipper for any home bar.
Recipe Ingredients
1/4 oz. (7.5 ml) homemade falernum
2 dashes Angostura Aromatic Bitters Add to Cart
Lime wedge for garnish
Recipe Directions
2. Add ice to the mixing glass.
3. Stir thoroughly until well-chilled and properly diluted.
4. Strain into a chilled rocks glass over fresh ice.
5. Garnish with a lime wedge.
