Chrysanthemum

The Chrysanthemum is an absolute gem and one of my favorite vermouth-forward sippers. I love how the Bénédictine’s rich herbal notes are balanced by dry vermouth, with a little aromatic lift from absinthe. These cocktail ingredients create a truly sophisticated classic for any home bar.

Recipe Ingredients

1.5 oz Dolin Dry Vermouth De Chambéry Add to Cart
3/4 oz Bénédictine D.O.M. Liqueur Add to Cart
3 dashes St. George Absinthe Verte Add to Cart
1 swath orange peel
Expressed orange oil and peel for garnish

Recipe Directions

1. Chill your mixing glass.
2. Combine the Dolin Vermouth, Bénédictine, and Absinthe in the chilled glass.
3. Add ice and stir until thoroughly chilled.
4. Strain into a chilled coupe.
5. Express the oils from an orange peel over the drink, then garnish with the peel.
