Bourbon Sweet Tea
Building a truly great cocktail requires a collection of bottles that play well together, and the spirits in this selection are the absolute cornerstones of my home bar. I've personally chosen each one—from versatile gins and ryes to that specific amaro you might not have known you needed—because they represent a balance of quality, history, and pure mixing potential. These aren't obscure, one-trick ponies; they are the reliable, flavorful craft spirits that consistently form the backbone of countless classic and modern drinks. Whether you're stocking your first bar cart or looking for that perfect bottle to complete your setup, this is the gear that gets the job done. Think of the Bitter Bear spirits shop as the ultimate bartender's toolkit, curated by me, Anders Erickson, to help you make better drinks at home with the right ingredients.
