Angostura Colada

This drink shouldn't work, but it really, really does. Using Angostura bitters as the base spirit sounds wild, but its warm, Trinidadian spice perfectly cuts through the rich coconut and bright pineapple. It’s an absolute stunner and a true modern tiki classic.
