Amaretto Sour

The Amaretto Sour often gets a bad rap, but it’s a beautiful cocktail when built correctly. The secret is the split base. Using Laird’s Apple Brandy alongside the amaretto provides a necessary structural backbone and a bright fruit note that keeps the almond from becoming overly sweet.
