Alabazam

I'm a huge fan of the Alabazam. On paper, it’s a simple Cognac sour, but it drinks with so much more complexity. The bright Cointreau and spicy Angostura bitters really pop against the Cognac base, making it a classic that absolutely deserves a spot in your rotation.
